I would say that even in the red its not great as a clash jumper (but i also think the clash jumper policy should just be to make them all white cause frankly the clash policy from the AFL is absolutely rooted) but thats all the support youll get here.Really strongly dislike the hot cross bun. Unless it's panels or stripes I can't have it. I sense I'm in the minority. Come at me.

Doesnt randomly end, it meets with red in a shield shape.I agree with you... at first I loved that red cross jumper but the more I looked at it the less I liked it.
It annoys me that the front and back don't align with each other and the white just randomly ends... the design looks messy.

By all means dont like it but theres a clear design intent reason for the choice.
It ends at the side and the bottom as its meant to look like a shield. If it didnt end it wouldnt have that effect. In regards to the white, I am referring to the flow of the design from front to the back and the white just ending on the side without transition through to the design on the back, the jumper looks like 2 separate designs sewn together.
This is not a great 3 dimensional design, it's an attempt to design something that looks 'cool' (while sitting 12 inches from a screen) without thoughtful consideration for its true purpose and audience... to be visually identifiable to people sitting 100 metres away.
This jumper... like all other variations of it will look like a hot mess on game day.

Again, youre welcome to not like it for a whole host of reasons (whether i agree or not) but there is a reason for those choices.
Not really my point, its what the jumper was originally based on. The logo (shield) is on the chest, its pretty evident what the jumper is representing.Your point in regards to the shield would be more valid if the white on the jumper remained curved to the point where it meets the black (the St Kilda shield remains curved all the way to the top).

Again, youre not obligated to like it and you can argue it doesnt achieve its intent but the reason they did it is clear as day.

Randomly certainly sounds like you’re arguing the concept but fair enough.I'm not arguing the concept but the execution... if the white on the logo is curved but on the jumper it is square then the white does randomly end which was the basis of your retort in trying to discredit my opinion in the first place.
I agree. I’ve never been a fan. And you’re correct, the design flow from front to back is putrid. In regards to the white, I am referring to the flow of the design from front to the back and the white just ending on the side without transition through to the design on the back, the jumper looks like 2 separate designs sewn together.

Why does the black have to be equal? It’s a throwback to 97, where it was not equal. The half and half clash guernsey looks terrible on the back. The black is not equal with the red and the numbers are lower to fit the huge sponsor ontop. A poor effort from the club
Really tossing up whether to get the crusader or the home. I have sooooooo many home versionsGot one of each (short and long sleeve). Might be the first time I've bought the home strip since early 2000's lol

If you can afford to fork the money out and like memorabilia I would get both. I'm a glutton so I'm probably going to end up getting the crusader long sleeve too. Also the one off 150 year guernsey we'll wear against the Bombers.Really tossing up whether to get the crusader or the home. I have sooooooo many home versions

It's honestly like shelling peas these days. Knowing that you'd come gnawing at it like a city rat that hasn't eaten in two weeks, I set the photo up in a way that makes it obvious. Said to myself "watch the fake intellectual bite at this". And voila! Here he isProudly displaying the XXXL sticker you’ve applied over the XS I see
