Note: My position for some time was that the players were duped by Dank, Hird and the coaching staff. However the NLM interview has changed my view. I thought they would get infractions issued against them but that they would be spared. Not so sure now. And if ASADA do not come down on them, WADA is waiting in the wings.

If that player states that he knew what was being injected into him then what do you want me to do. I've thought all along that Dank, Hird et al told the players that AOD was ok and that the version of Thymosin was A and not B. I'm now not so sure given what he said.

I hope your players get off. I've been of that opinion from day 1. Never deviated from it and don't think I will. I also believe other clubs are doing it but not to the extent EFC were. Off label drugs FFS. Mexican drugs for other patients. C'mon man where was the duty of care by Hird and his cronies?! They need to be hung, drawn and quartered for the shit they did to the players.

Perhaps if they'd been tipped off like Essendon were, they might have.

Make no mistake Mxett. If the ACC hadn't been investigating, this all would have been swept under the carpet. They'd got rid of Dank. As far as they were concerned they'd dealt with it.

I can't see how they can't given they haven't been charged under the anti doping code yet. What I've said here is that the afl will try and pull the "but we've already hit them hard" thing, which is what Lance has said all along. I don't disagree with this but feel logically they would have to (punish further).

Dank did not act in a rogue manner at the Sharks. Same as at EFC. He was brought in to do a "job". Trent Elkin the Sharks head trainer (don't know his exact title...maybe High Performance Manager but nevertheless the Robinson equivalent) brought him in. Difference is that Hird brought into the program after the Charter meetings where Charter probably convinced him that they could pull it off.

Little has rejected speculation Hird will not be back as senior coach in 2015. He said the agreement with the exiled coach was “set in concrete”.

Little told the Herald Sun nothing would get in the way of Hird, contracted until 2016, fulfilling his two-year deal to be senior coach at Essendon.

Apparently their is some sort of battle between those that want to see Essendon burn and those that don't. Guilt or innocence no longer matter; just as long as the end result is one way or the other. No matter how (including any underhand manner) those results are reached.

As much as Hanke and the Hird PR Crew are plums, you have to give it to the Essendon spin team who have been able to make this an us vs them gig in the eyes of many.

I would reply to Rump but he has me on ignore. But he should be banned for dredging up the 90's call of not.

I've got nothing to do with other people coming here so I don't know why you call them MY numbers. And have they disappeared? I think it's cyclical. Your delusional mob disappear when there's a spate of bad news articles, but crawl out of their holes when anything positive surfaces. Probably no different to the more militant foamers. Those of us that aren't looking for the complete demise or declaration of Essendon's innocence just keep on keeping on. If it all comes to a head either way, we'll still be here, but I suspect fanatics from which ever side is found to be wrong will disappear completely, not willing to cop their lot.

If you can't see the difference between the true "foamers" (those that want to see Essendon burn) and those of us just interested in finding out the truth then I can't help you. From my perspective, it's very easy to see the difference between the "cultists" and those just doing what every supporter would do in support of their club in these dire circumstances (but they do so with reservation and generally with dignity).
