I’m gonna guess, his hamstring awareness as it’s being called, would have been self reported. Might not have been obvious from the outside. If so, perhaps we can start giving 13 to our first round draft pick once Adams retires.

Ginni makes us more unpredictable up forward.
Can see him being subbed on early in the 3rd if Lipinski has another mare of a game.
I prefer a mosquito fleet. Hill, Ginni, Elliott, McReery and Nick.28 degrees I don’t think Lipinski will be one to be subbed off, I imagine if we can get to that point without injury it’ll be a ruckman or Billy Frampton.
I wonder if we’d be better with Noble as sub than Ginni for that same reason; Noble is a faster, fitter player.

Noble down back.
Cox and WHE helping out up forward.
Mosquito fleets have won plenty of Grand finals. What we need is run.Obviously everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I hate going into a dry, sunny day with the prospect of kicking long to Hill (who should be staying down), Ginni who has no overhead game, Nick ditto, McCreery largely ditto, and Elliott. For a GF that is slash-your-wrists material.
that’s my preference too, but the tea leaves suggest frampton will get called up, I’ve made my peace with itMosquito fleets have won plenty of Grand finals. What we need is run.
I have to agree. There is nothing more demoralizing than watching an undersized forward line when the high balls are constantly cut off by intercept marks or defensive punches. It just places added pressure on the mids and back line to hit their targets with precision in the heat of grand final pressure.Obviously everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I hate going into a dry, sunny day with the prospect of kicking long to Hill (who should be staying down), Ginni who has no overhead game, Nick ditto, McCreery largely ditto, and Elliott. If we win, the absence of Adams and McStay will just tarnish the euphoria a smidge as they have been such important cogs in our drive to the grand final. Poor Tay has done it 2 years in a row. Imagine if we had won last year's prelim- Adams would never sleep again. Two soft tissue injuries on the cusp of grand final glory.Gutted for Tay to miss. He's built for Grand Finals and such a solid team guy.

We applauded Presti for doing it (pulling himself out of a GF due to to be not quite right) and rotated his number for the next 10 years, so why not doing it with Adams? Or why did we not do it with Beams the following year (2011)?
Maaayyybe it's because there wasn't a gun father son (or two) waiting in the wings who's father wore their number.... It was one of the worst traditions, and one of the worst cover stories for what we were actually doing
The old mosquito fleets referred to midfields. It wasn't relating to forward lines. I think we need a tall there for structureMosquito fleets have won plenty of Grand finals. What we need is run.
Real shame for Tay. This game is what he is built for.
Hate to say it, but the worst thing about Adams missing is Lipinski is guaranteed to play now.
Hopefully he also packs a little bit of Dawg in the bag as well.Hopefully Lipinski brings his kicking boots this week, and what we lose in ferocity we make up for with clinical execution.
