High intensity training. After a qtr of match sim - sprints, goal kicking and evasive and positioning drills.
Burgo seems to have a lot of control…coaches set up the drills and Burgo decides how long drills run for.
Nicksy is impressive. Every second he is on the ground he is teaching.
Rochelle nowhere to be seen today.

I hope Murray improves his body work this year. Could be a find if so.

How much more is there to improve? The lad was pulling Talia like numbers last year in one v ones.

I watched him get easily outmanoeuvred by inexperienced forwards as well as the good ones.

I don't blame him. He was working on a farm prior to joining us last year. He's got a lot to learn and Tex is great 1v1 so hopefully that holds him in good stead (can learn off Butts too).

I like him. It was just an observation.

I was out there for a bit this morning also.

Few notes, sorry if I repeat anything that been posted earlier.

crouch running laps with Taylor.
Seed and fisher running laps.

Also couldn't see rachele or cook.

Sloan doing a kicking drill with pedlar. Everyone looked relaxed about this drill but Sloan showing intensity. I liked that.

Pedlar out there today in match sim with yellow hat on.

Milera had a few spoils where you could see his vertical leap back on show. Looks like the confidence in the knee is back. Great sign playing on the wing.

TT looking good, few contested marks

Silky long range goal from Sholl early on. Sholl moving well. Playing on the wing

Jones still playing hb. Tenacious at the ball

Agree with the Soligo comment something about him - Spin out of traffic in a contest and then later a mark and goal. Was playing on Keeler.

Schoenberg moving well, stayed in the midfield so that's a good sign he will get larger minutes.

Little battle with Laird a Berry in the midfield. Laird caught Berry high at one stage. Maybe a sign berry's going to get more minutes.

Next look like tackling work, one circuit to get the arms free to hand pass the other to stick the tackle. Pedlar not involved, but crouch doing the drills. - Stand out for me Berry and Crouch

Then a possession game, holding possession for as long as possible I think. Hand passing through some small goals. Keays looked good, invasive and powerful, unfortunately might have our first injury. Looked like an ankle in a contest with Hately.

Hately, needs to work on his disposal.

Mchenry don't agrued and slipped out of some tackles.

Butts is really good in traffic.

Academy kid D'Aloia he's a fair size lad already. Really broad across the shoulders.

Both Peds and HH wearing the yellow hats but both full training. Not sure that means anything.
