F@&k me, can the AFL do anything right!? Everyone loves Thursday Night Footy because it makes the week more bearable, but the evil AFL have screwed over the loyal fans… again.

Oh well, at least we don’t have to watch minnows like Norf, Aints, or Essington on a Fursday. 🌈

Post your love for Thursday Night Footy, or your contempt for the AFL here.

P.S. zackah mashes well, and mashes often :thumbsdownv1:

Part of the AFL reasoning for not scheduling Thursday night football towards the end of the year is teams get fatigued and they can't guarantee as many good games in marquee slots.

Meanwhile the last Thursday night game was.....

Adelaide v Richmond :$:$:$:$:$

AFL doing what they do best and giving the fans the exact opposite of what they want. Bunch of morans.
Jason & Mark Moran say be careful at the Auskick clinics this week.

As a Port fan it surprises me you don't just hate football full stop
Football will always be my number 1 sport. I don't watch as many games as I used to. But that's because umpiring is awful and I get upset at them when watching teams I don't like.

I can’t help but feel the AFL got the timing of Thursday night Footy wrong.

It should be on during school holidays when Victorian families can go interstate to attend games, likewise for many people without children who take a break at this time of year.

I would’ve continued with Thursday nights in Round 14, 15, 16 and 17, and then removed it for four weeks during the month of May, so there’d still be the same amount of Thursday games.

Is this rationale discussion point on the bay? I’m not sure how to mod this tbh

Watching Cool Hand Luke right now.

Paul Newman GOAT actor.

Today's actors unlike the rare few stars like Denzel or Russell Crowe lack the gravitas and acting style of Uncle Paulie and its a reason why Today's mainstream movies suck (the Marvel Cinematic Universe esp can GAGF)
