Only early days, but except for the missed penalty, loving what I'm seeing at the moment. Definately a different feel about this side to this time last year.
Yea it really looks like he wants to prove that he belongs in a big club, it is a long season though.

Great performance by the lads, and we are only at the start of the season. Can't wait for the United game on October 15, have a feeling we are going to thrash them handsomely.

Flanagan had an absolute nightmare. The thing is, Glen Johnson probably won't do much better

Johnson is much better than Flanagan, both defensively and in an attacking sense. Flanagan is still young and will no doubt improve but he struggled today. Agree with others that it was surprising to see Flanagan ahead of Kelly.

Kelly's still our best right back by far and can only hope he stays fit
