Load up their steins with high-carb (Lion Nathan) beer, and lay out the bratwurst and streudel. Eat up, Westhoff boys!

The Ch 7 coverage on Port's visit to Roxby had a bit of footage of some of the younger players (they were the ones that went up there) and talked about Krakouer's decision to stay. He looks like he's packed on some bulk in the shoulders and chest. Farmer's looking nuggety, but seemed to bulk up a bit during the 08 season anyway.

The Westhoffs tho ... more beer, more bratwurst! ;)

im just wondering
wtf is bratwurst?

it sounds disgusting....

Re: Boys back in training

Yes, everyone needs to get the German sausages from Standoms at the Grand Junction Markets. Don't forget the Bockwurst as well. Best BBQ food around. Good sandwich meats as well. Those Germans know their food.

Re: Boys back in training

Nothing beats Haggis and Scotch. :thumbsu:
I lived in Scotland for a couple of years. I travelled in Germany for a couple of weeks. Bratwurst and beer > haggis and whisky any day.

Re: Boys back in training

the westhoff boys need to eat lots of pizza and pasta - more pizza and pasta and more pizza and pasta and wash it all down with a coke, mustashi power bulk and any other bulking 'stuff'.

Jeff Fenech used to eat a large plate of rabbit ravioli the morning before a fight.
Body size plus agility. :p

Do you know the difference between tasteless food with weird names to the most fabulous, and most tasteful food ever?

I am very sure that I know a dang sight more about food of all varieties than you do. You could not even begin to dream of the gastronomic delights I have experienced.

Maybe it is time you grew up if you want to play with the adults :)

You guys should go to Stonehut bakery up here in the mid north. They do gourmet pies with choices between - Goat, Emu, Crocodile, Camel, Kangaroo, Venison, Wild Boar. Best pies ive ever eaten.

Have had raw sea urchin, Cant beat the freshness. Have had raw scallops as well.
