They haven't responded even pre season. I had my concerns in the trial games. He hasn't brought anything new to the group and he can't motivate them. He was selected as he looked good on paper, but it doesn't mean much until you are in the chair.

I think unfortunately he is way out of his depth as a Senior Coach. He is a Mark Neeld or Brenden Boulton type.

Murphy in a good side is excellent .....he'll struggle in a side like today's

Is he though - is he "excellent" or an honest trier who has had a couple of good games - he was recruited as a lock down defender we turned him into a small forward. In my opinion he always gives 100% but he is not a star and not excellent!
