Hey guys,
I'm compiling a list of left footers in the league. Who has a preferred left boot for Richmond?
So far I have Joel Bowden, Brown, Connors, Hall, Hyde, Newman, Simmonds and Tivendale. I'm not too sure about Cameron Howat. Anyone know?
Thanks

i have seen gaspar hit targets plenty of times. he is not the best by foot but not as bad as people seem to think. usually when he coughs it up he is under pressure.

Spot on, the tiger fans usually gasp at gaspars antics when in the back 50 he has a temporary brain melt down and cant decide between the 15 available options, so runs in a circle then decides to handball it to the opposition forward pocket. kicking isnt to bad and is an ok shot on goal.

Newman is a right footer from memory. Could be wrong there though.

Gaspar is one of the more reliable kicks when kicking a short distance. Anything around the 15metre-30metre mark, he can be relied upon more often than not. It's when he gets out of his comfort zone that he struggles. Usually good set shot for goal too.

LOL tugga!

Gaspar is a shocking kick. Saw him in the VFL, under no pressure kick the ball to a teammate 20 metres away but had it bounce 2 times before it got to him.

i know i started a thread about it last year but i would love nothing more then to see gas thrown into the square one out, i think he would be capable of a bag.good grappler and wouldnt have to make any decisions.

i reckon he gets underestimated a little bit. Basically, anyonein the AFLcan and should hit a target from 20metres. Gas is no different. When there's no, or little pressure applied he does ht targets more often than not.
But yes, I'mskirting around the issue that in a nutshell, his disposal is similar to an under 11s match here at Barwon Heads.
