Mentioned this on the Swans board but in no particular order I really want one of Cooper Hynes, Jonty Faull or Jack Whitlock with our first pick. All three would fill a real need. I don't think I am being too out there with those choices either as I think there is a good chance of one or two of them being available by our first pick.
I just hope Beatson doesn't do his usual with our first rounders and pick some bolter that no one has discussed and who almost never works out.

Beatson does seem similar Wells now I think about it in that you think a Swans pick 40 seems as likely to be elite as a Swans pick 5

Yep. I think Beatson likes to imagine he is an out of the box thinker and likes to go for the player that most others have not considered. That strategy can work with later selections but with earlier ones there is a reason why there is a consenus amongst all draft experts on the best players in the draft pool.
