The tribunal exists to give captains a right of appeal in high/medium impact cases in case the admin applies it wrong or there's a different interpretation. But in most cases it's pretty clear cut.

Low impact seems pretty trivial on the surface but it's like setting a bail condition. If that isn't satisfied then it turns into a suspension.

Don’t get me wrong I was guilty as **** but the case was opened and closed within around 2-3 hours all of which were beyond 10pm at night.

Yeah, I ****ed up that time. I was suppose to hand down a charge but I never did because I didn't think the rules covered the situation at the time (it did, I just didn't read the rules properly). So really that tribunal session shouldn't have even happened. The right to appeal still existed, I told fumbler that the furies could appeal if they disagreed with the decision, but he decided not to thinking that the tribunal wouldn't side with him. In the end I changed that decision anyway after captains voiced the opinion that self-reporting should be a mitigating factor.
