Idiot needs to take his British glasses off and realise -Waved Red Flag is about the danger posed by cars approaching the accident, not the drivers beyond the accident finishing their lap.

Revwatched and it was just under a minute. Norris was in front of Stroll when the crash happened so his lap time was fair.

Doesn’t excuse the delay in waving the red though.

The issue is that there is no clear policy.

honestly, letting people finish the laps seems fine to me. Max wasn't improving and I doubt it would have been restarted. Max was unlucky that he was the first car to be affected by the yellows(Double waved), and was a sitting duck to the people improving.

But, well, they make it up as they go along. No consistently. Hence the issue.
