I just saw a barefoot guy at my local supermarket in Doubleview which is a borderline beach suburb in Perth so I let it slide.

He was also wearing headphones so even if I called him a disgusting monster I don't think he would have heard me anyway.

That's how blind people know when to cross the road, it still won't help them if some dickhead runs a red light though.
