this years vfl draft smokey

has anyone been catching port melbourne's games this year. look out for no31 rob alexander.

kid's got good size, strong body in close, amazing pace and a heart like pharlap. a lot of the attention has got to aaron davey but this kid has the size neccessary to step straight into afl senior ranks.

any thoughts?

To slow for AFL, needs to develop below the feet skills and also his agility can be found out.
Give him a AFL club with all the fascilities and training could perhaps cut it as a kpp back up.

yeah i gotta few thoughts...he is crap and shouldnt even be in the port reserves side. will never play afl, doesnt have anything going for him, no pace, no skills, nothing.

i was thinking the same thing, but im sure his mates would realise that he too is crap!! so my guess is that "philthy" is the great man himself...rob alexander!!

no chance.... in case you cant read my name is phil and i come from eastern suburbs way... have only seen port play on tv and i think he looks a player. i was just having some fun talking him up to see your response,

i wouldnt personally talk myself up if i was playing at that level of footy and im 100% sure rob wouldnt too. please, who would do that. have met rob before and he is a hard working bloke who deserves being in the senior team.

just having some fun guys...dont read too seriously into it
