Hello Tiger fans!

The embedded resources below are kept up to date by the trade board mods (as much as possible – we are human after all). Enjoy!

Interesting that Twomey (who is normally pretty reliable) is saying Ben McKay definitely won't be at North next year. From memory, Tiger71 said last year that we were interested. I wonder if that's still the case now that Tylar Young has had a pretty solid debut year?
Our defence is our most assured future area. Plenty of quality prospects with Balta, Gibcus, Young on the list and still guys like Broad and Vlastuin who are quality and can play tall. Grimes has another year in him.

I'd be scratching my head if we target a KPD. We need talls down the other end.

My thinking is that one of McKay and Gibcus could play forward. McKay is an elite contested mark, but hasn't really been tried as a forward at North because they're pretty well stocked in that area and don't have many KPDs

Gibcus worth a go, but why recruit on big money a KPD to test if he can play forward?

Too expensive and too risky.

All for seeing if Gibcus could play there though.

I don't think McKay is going to command big money. Probably only around $600k per year.

Worst thing that can happen is both McKay and Gibcus fail as forwards and Tylar Young becomes very handy depth.

I truely hope we get to see Gibcus as a permanent fwd. Will be the sort of player successful both ends of the ground regardless.

When you add Naughton to that list it just screams salary cap problems and competition for spots. I wonder if we could help them out by taking JUH off their hands
Yeah I think one of JUH or Naughton will end up leaving eventually. With that much talent, they’ll probably have salary cap issues down the track

Norf tried McKay forward , no good , he’s worth nowhere near 800 , about half would be right

JUH is the player i would want the most of the current day fowards but unfortunately he is 5 years away from FA and will have 18 other clubs after his signature and will be better than both kings in 2 years time if not already

People who think we are better trying to get Ben king in a few years time should really watch GC games

Himmelberg's stats in the same game:

King is a lot better than the footy he's playing atm. If we had the capital to make it happen, I reckon we'd try and make a play for him this year.

We'll probably just have to hope Dimma doesn't convince him to stick around there long term.

He is completing his 5 season of AFL and has 70 games under his belt
i think its time to show a hell of a lot more than what he has

Im not seeing a $1,000,000 plus player

Not 1 touch in 1.5 quarters of football

It's his first year back after an ACL. In his last full year before the ACL he kicked 47 goals.

I'd definitely still take him. Perfect understudy and eventual replacement for Lynch.
