Yeah I guess that's how football works. A bigger club with a better offer comes along and you miss out.

Same thing just happened to us with Olise.

Some reluctantly have to play that game.

Others are more than happy to play it.

Given how much you spend on bungs to agents you top the slime ball table.

The best guess is you'll have bunged his agent a heap more money and will pay him far larger wages.

He'd be a guaranteed starter for us every game. Could spend bench time for you.

Money talks though.
Chelsea are just cutting out the middle man this time round as you guys would have bought him for 20m and sold him to Chelsea for 70m in 2 years time.

It will be interesting to see if this impacts your deal for Moder.

I've always rated him and but for injuries he'd have been worth a lot more than what he seems to be worth in this deal.
If he's injury prone, he won't be out of place at Seagrave.

I must admit, I've seen next to nothing of him so I've got no idea how good/bad this deal is.

Had a shocking run but hopefully seems to be getting back to peak fitness.

He's a big lad who doesn't mind getting stuck in.

We've played him in multiple positions so has versatility.

If you can get him for between 6-10 it's not the worst deal out there.
