Frankly I'm glad Cloke has the kicking yips; otherwise other clubs would be offering a million a year contract.

23 year old CHF, best mark in the game, powerhouse runner, physical player, puts on forward pressure - he's the only player in the league like that.

He can still kick like crap and we can win the flag, it's just beautiful

Travis Cloke is a great team man too. Travis Cloke has a fantastic cast of players around him. he makes all of them better and run stonger and taller.

Therefore to get him on a cheapish (coming into his prime), is a real bonus. He adds to the rest of the cast. Complements them; if you will.

Occasionally he puts in a star performance. But most of the time he is very good in his role as comedian goal kicker and strong physical presence that needs 100% attention by defenders and creates space for the running players. Most contested marks inside the forward 50 in the AFL for the year is a statistic that doesn't lie.

Essendon should have gone a lot, lot harder...

With Travis Cloke in their team they would be a top 4 contender.

Who cares if Travis Cloke can't kick.

Travis is a model citizen whom you can build your whole Club around.

Travis is very photogenic.

He is also popular with the ladies.

Travis loves the water and can't get enough of it.

Travis loves art. He is also fascinated by Angels.

And when he sees little old ladies being harassed on the streets of the Gold Coast, he goes up to the thugs and tells them off. To his own detriment.

He is prepared to put himself on the line for those being abused. A total hero and a total gentleman.

A natural personality he was fantastic on Before the Game. Even stunning Sam Lane cheeked him out; when Travis wasn't looking and got a twinkle in her eye when the big fella smiled at her.

By the look of Sam Lane, she would have "done" Travis, there and then on the desk in front of the whole studio audience with Dave Hughes and Mick Malloy encouraging her to go harder as she rode him.

Not only that, he loves small children and animals. Travis will spend hours signing autographs.

Any Club with Travis Cloke in it, can immediately expect their membership numbers to grow by at least 15,000. Based on the positive vibe he gives to the supporters.
