Yeah the Gembrook footy club is looking for a captain coach next year, Troy could be it. They will give you a bag of spuds for him. I am sure Schwarze is german for HACK.

why does everyone hang ********** on him, hes obviously a pretty decent player to get 17 out of a possible 24 games for the saints, still he could be used as trade bait
 
od love to have troy swartz at carlton...absolute gun...you can have your choice of any of waite, walker, norman, t bird , sporny or if pushed wed agree to any combo of 2 of those for a champ like swartz. hes won games off his own boot. thats gun material.....

That is actually pretty funny... but in all seriousness, Schwarze isn't that bad and could be a good player given oppurtunity. I'd think Carlton could do worse, as could a number of clubs. Personally i'd like the Saints to keep him.
 
you may joke about troy schwartze being a dud but he'd be a walk up start at about half-a-dozen clubs, eg, hawthorn, richmond, collingwood etc.
 
Where does Schwarze play? Down back! Where did Thomas say they were weak, down back and in the ruck. So a club that admits it is weak in the backline offloads a backman and he is no hack and is a good player.

Christ do you people even think logically.
 
I think i'd pass, He's not bad, but just not anything thats gunna really help any club, could see him doing ok in a club like WB.

Well he didn't get a game in a 'weak' backline at the end of the year. Is no longer a required player as there is 5-6 tall backman ahead of him.... Max Vossy Goose Penny S.Fisher Ferguson

He played down back when we had a heap of injuries to our backman. When they came back he wasn't requried there. He isn't ahead of Penny, Maguire, Hudghton or Voss but he is next inline.
Troy is best suited to a wing or HFF. His pace and skills are his best attributes and he is also good overhead. For us he is good depth at another club he could become a decent, consistent player. Unfortunately for Troy we have a few wingman ahead of him with Goddard, Black , Dal Santo, Clarke, with Gram and Montagna to come on this season. He is one player i'd like to see move on, only so he can get a real chance and prove that he is a good player.

He is hacker who has milked that goal he kicked at the Dome against Brisbane for all its worth.
