Watching the House hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena.. UFO's are real chiwigi
Of course they are, there’s plenty of flying objects that haven’t been identified.

Usually because the person identifying doesn’t know what it is.

Why am I tagged? 😂

Because along with ghosts you are my go to guy on these topics.
Ah, well with the MASSIVE increase in high definition phones and the huge decrease in UFO sightings, the reality seems to be that they were just things people couldn’t identify before rather than aliens.

Hateful Eight was piss
The Hollywood one with Brad pitt and Leo was self indulgent piss
Django was kinda entertaining but not something to blow your load over
Inglourious was just waaaaay overrated.

Pulp is still a genuinely good fillum and a good rewatch.

Reservoir dogs still has it's charms but pretty dated now

Forgot kill bill. Vol 1 was good fun but vol 2 again self indulgent piss
We can agree strongly on the WW2 one

So it's natural phenomena that fly in formation at ridiculous speed with no sign of earthly propulsion? in front of air force pilot witnesses?

I'm an auteur theory guy and having a Canadian and a Brit make the best Australian film doesn't really ring true for me.

As I said, Mad Max has a cool Australian swagger than cannot be beat. Quintessential Australiana.

Based on a book that was based on a true experiences by an Aussie. Starring a guy who actually lived in and grew up in the real Yabba.

Wake on Fright captures an ugly side of Australia that in a way, it is only possible for an outsider to do.

I get what you mean but a film is more than it's director.

People on here seem to think it is super easy to direct action whether it is chase, cars or fights or something. I don't get it. It's very hard to do it well.
It's not.

I mean I wouldn't know, but I have 100% confidence, 100%, that given the necessary resources, I could do it well.

That's a statement that will get me mocked for sure, and some good natured, some not, but I don't care. I believe that, without any doubt, and I won't feign modesty for believing in myself in one of the very few parts of life I feel competent in. Or until I am proven very very wrong lol

So some ****er line me up with six figures and some experienced producers and let the magic happen.

That or unknown technology or a mistake or aliens.

There’s zero evidence for it being aliens, lots of evidence and times where items turned out to be natural phenomena, unknown tech or simple mistakes, but you can’t prove a negative so the idea it is aliens remains.

I ducking hope aliens visit in my lifetime, but there’s no evidence that tells me they have.

10 - 100 billion stars in a galaxy, 10 - 100 billion galaxies in the Universe. There's life out there. It's just not coming here and anal probing drunken US farmers (or dirty2 wife at Easter).

Absolutely, but the ridiculous distances make it impossible. Unless some other race figured out faster than light travel or cruising around through wormholes or some such.

If I had to guess, I'd say that "intelligent" life ends up destroying itself before it ever gets that advanced, a bit like humans are on track to. When you consider the billions of years the universe has existed for, modern civilization has made a pretty damn good **** up of things in just a few thousand years.
