Yeah, which is a massive pain in the ass with a 5 month old, the missus on maternity leave, and my contract about to be cut any day now.

Having never applied for a rental in this situation I have no idea how hard I’ll find it either to get accepted

You would buy it if it was a smick apartment with new everything but it’s old as ****, carpets are done and no air con.

We settled for it cause the location suits me.

Was $620 when we moved in, just got jacked to $695, and now want $850.
