There are suggestions that Stengle’s drink may have been spiked during his night out following the club’s win against North Melbourne in Hobart.

The Cats landed back in Melbourne late on Saturday and Stengle then hit the town in Geelong.

It’s understood he was not out partying with any teammates.

At this stage Stengle is still expected to play against Adelaide at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday.

If he's at training it clearly can't be that bad. Look it's not ideal and we're all assuming the worst based of his past history.
Encouraged by his training today, and I'm sure it's just one of those things young men might find themselves in on occasions. He's in good hands now and I'm confident he'll be back dominating the forward 50 quickly.

If that is correct , Geel should get on the front foot and fine him

Dont drop him for the Crows game , that hurts the club and the supporters

Let's not jump to conclusions

Alcohol related doesn't necessarily mean he drank himself to stupidity - as more information is being released, there's suggestions his drink may have been spiked

That's still alcohol related but out of the individual's hands

Blame it on drink spiking is the oldest trick in the book

A zero alcohol policy during season should be mandatory- it is for anyone who wants success, but that's a different but true issue.
