Season starts on the 17th of April and will be split into North and South divisions. North division will comprise of: Northern Bullants, Werribee, St Bernards, UHS-VU/Flemington, Rupertswood and Therry Penola. South will comprise of: Oakleigh, Old Camberwell, St Bedes/Mentone, Aquinas, St Mary's Salesian and St John's. Fixtures are now up on VAFA website with the possibility of more changes before the season starts.

Therry Penola looking to smash it up in 2010...few new recruits in James Holt and Lachy Barnes, gives some added leg speed off half back
 
bullants gave vic uni a touch up in a praccy match last week. any news from any other praccy matches?

recieved an e-mail from VAFAHQ to inform me that they would like to do the reshuffle after round 5 because of recent trouble in the 18's comp and also because bottom sides are getting pumped every week by the top sides, the VAFA feel they need to do the reshuffle sooner rather than later just to make the comp a bit more even.

Should be interesting ! Camberwell are looking dangerous, however Oakleigh may be missing some due to the APS games.
 
Looks like the reshuffle could occur before this weekend leaving a premier and lower comp both who will play possibly each 5 teams in the comp twice and then finals to coincide with the clubbbies possibly

was decided after round 8 so that after reshuffle each team will play each other team in the newly formed division twice...this makes me think that points may not be carried over.

All points accumulated during the first 8 rounds will carry on after the refixturing. The ladders will also be updated with the release of the new fixture for each division sometime next week.

Watch for Wilson and Gay at Rupo , Taylor at Werribee , Op'THoog at Old Camb (haven't looked at others)
