You see, this right here is a form of mental disorder. To defend the practice of DEI where quotas of minorities are mandatory instead of best person for the job regardless of race or colour is to actively promote degredation of whatever role it is. So by extension, for example under DEI you ensure you have a mandatory number of transgender or minority race required to be heart specialists or air craft pilots regardless that they may not be best qualified for the role. That leads to possible fatalities. Its a cancer, its in many cases racist and its not in the best interest of the wider community once you take merit based appointment out of the equation.

DEI executive order is a disaster. within the order Trump removed all employment discrimination protections for women and black people. Ending everything MLK worked so hard for. Is anyone truly surprised he is making life easy for all his business mates. I get the end of diversity hires but now many qualified women will simply not be employed because they are women and employers want to avoid pregnancy. This is the America people voted for purely out of an ignorant protest. I bet all those black women who endorsed Trump are loving it right now.
