Imo the dems had the perfect candidate in thier hands in Tulsi Gabbard.

A lady who is adored in her state of Hawaii. Who has great policies, relatable with the people and bringing traditional 1980’s Democratic ideas back into office.

But no let’s go with DEI hire in Kamala despite being unanimously dislike even within her own party then bring in a weak leader Tampon Tim as the VP and make the campaign all about “we can’t have Trump back” = Recipe for disaster for the dems.

Easier for Trump and I’m glad.

She was always up against it given that she was tied to the Biden administration who was on the nose, and her biggest role in the administration was sorting out the border issues, which she failed at miserably.

Albo ran the same campaign here last election ‘I’m not SComo’ . Effectively winning but also then basically running a liberal lite govt since.

He won’t get away with such a thin willed campaign next time here - especially when he has made very little change to everyday australians. Leaving the door very much ajar for a a LNP assault using the ‘look over there at that migrant - he’s your problem’.
