Jabbar posted videos saying he'd joined ISIS. The FBI recovered an ISIS flag from the truck he drove during his rampage. If I was a betting man I think I'd happily place a sizable amount on him actually having joined ISIS.

Disagree on that. The media’s story has changed by the day and they are misrepresenting what they are saying from what I can see. FBI are saying he joined ISIS and wasn’t inspired . Media just spinning it the way they want it to be

If the FBI had a video of this guy saying that he had joined ISIS why wouldn't they release it? I'm still waiting for a plausible explanation of how a Texas based property manager 'joined ISIS'.

Yet the FBI have supposedly allowed a reporter into his house to film his suspicious chemicals and open Quran. It's all a bit stinky.

As he drove from Houston to New Orleans, he posted several videos online proclaiming his support for ISIS.​

There were five videos posted on Jabbar's Facebook account, which are timestamped beginning at 1:29 a.m. CST and the last 3:02 am CST. In the first video, Jabbar explains he originally planned to harm his family and friends but was concerned the news headlines would not focus on the "war between the believers and the disbelievers." Additionally, he stated he had joined ISIS before this summer. He also provided his will and testament.​

As you know, we recovered an ISIS flag from the back of the vehicle. As mentioned earlier, Jabbar declared his support for the terrorist group on social media as he made his way to New Orleans.​

I do not expect you to engage with this at all.
And it's not because you're stupid, or hateful, or lying.
And I don't think that you're stupid, or that you are meaning to be dishonest.
But it still gets frustrating attempting to engage with you when you behave this way.

Maybe worried about inspiring copycats. Maybe there's a policy in these cases. Agree with you about the absolute insanity of letting a reporter into his house to contaminate the crime scene though.

No I posted a funny tweet from someone completely flabbergasted that the FBI has allowed a reporter into the house of a suspect in a terrorist act. I'm equally astounded at that aspect. I still think he joined ISIS though.

The FBI is changing its story on the New Orleans incident by the day. First they said it wasn't a terrorist incident. Then they said it was terrorism and the guy had accomplices. Now they are saying he acted alone and 'joined ISIS' a few months ago. How do you join ISIS? Is there an application form and they send you their flag in the post?

That reporter walking through the house with all that evidence is laughable, looks totally manufactured. ISIS flag as well reported to the conservative media?

He definitely had a black flag on the back of his truck, it can be seen in some of the CCTV as he approached the corner and turned.

at least with proudly displaying the flag he doesn’t have to leave us all a manifesto like the other perpetrators of terror as the flag is the manifesto itself.
