The spokesman for the group cited one poll saying 70% of Republicans don’t believe the 2020 election was free or fair.

Another survey says between 20-30% of Democrats said it was “very likely” that Democrats “stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win.”

I'm not sure the US public at large are the best cohort to determine rational thought, to put it mildly. You're talking about a group that 10% of whom believe chocolate milk comes from brown cows and 26% of whom believe the sun rotates around the earth

To think, the 2020 mess could have all been avoided if the GOP just allowed mail-ins to be counted first. But they got what Trump what he wanted, the 'red mirage' scenario that every man and his dog said would likely be the case in election night. Trump did the rest and here we are 4 years later with a majority of Republicans still believing the fantasy that the election was stolen via wide scale systematic fraud without a single shred of supporting evidence ever being produced

Anyway the upshot is these 7000 affidavits weren't examined or investigated in court and their request for a forensic audit fell on deaf ears. Maybe you have a bunch of other affidavits in mind. Below is a comprehensive list of court cases related to the 2020 election. Maybe you can outline which of them actually looked at individual affidavits and how many they looked at. Then we can tally them.

Key difference (as I'm sure you do actually know) is that Trump committed clear and obvious crimes, he's literally on tape committing one of the more serious ones.

Trump will probably try for some form of revenge but it'll be an uphill battle for him. Eileen Cannon can't hear every case and he'll find that you still do actually need evidence in most cases to secure a conviction.

My guess is he'll get bored of having his petty grievances thrown out, most before they even get to trial, by about the end of year 1 and that'll be it.
