One of the best horses I've ever seen - definitely the best sprinter I've seen live. Was lucky to be living in Melbourne at the height of her powers, made sure to get down to the Valley or Flemington for her races.
The best thing Peter Moody and the connections did was taking her around Australia to race. She wasn't just Melbourne's queen of the track - she was Australia's. And although she barely won at Ascot, the records still say first past the post.
