I'm not really fussed about how much he is rated outside of our club. He'll get nominated at some point.
Plenty of players who've won the award have gone on to lead uneventful careers.
Heck Judd didn't win the award in 2002.

Think he probably should have but it wasn’t a travesty, Nick was pretty good. Heppell over Luke Shuey was disgraceful and done for the sole reason that he was older than Dyson, not because he was better.

Barrass is getting older. There will be a Vice captaincy vacancy shortly.

Oscar and Reid house mates as well.

Barrass still has the ability but is looking and sounding like immediate post flag Barrass and I don’t like it. I think Duggo is a great person and leader but doesn’t have the “follow me” presence that we need on the park. Give us a couple of years and blokes will walk over broken glass for Harley because they know he’d do the same for them.

Best I could do, the replays were rubbish in capturing the jumper tug and the AFL clips either don't capture it or have it from drones a mile away.

For some reason I thought with my spare time now i'd try and get back into racing simulators as my body can't really handle track days and travelling around the country racing cars as a middle aged man really isn't that enticing. Turns out the PS5 and Xbox series X just get used for kayo, spotify and netflix.....

Maybe i'll give them away as gifts to my great nephews.

Barrass was never captain material. He never really cared after the flag. He's got the talent tp keep playing but what a downer he would be as captain. Imagine if his attitude rubbed off on younger players.

Hopefully Yeo can be there with them for a few more years too.
