Documentary series on Disney +

First two episodes have been released, its a bloody good show.

Very similar to 'Sunderland til I die' & 'Class of 92 Out of their league'

I just binge watched the first eight episodes, it's pretty good. I don't help myself by searching the results of games as they appear. Still, I'm a sucker for a good sports documentary.

The Tom Brady docu on Disney ÷ is brilliant.

Would highly recommend it if you haven't seen it. Really riverting stuff.

Brilliant show. As stated above, if you enjoyed Sunderland 'Til I Die then this is quite similar.

Rob McElhenney comes across as a really nice fella. As does Ryan Reynolds. Both are well invested on seeing this project succeed it would appear.

I didn't know much about Reynolds but what a likeable dude

How did she not dump the idiot?
I have no idea.

I really felt for her, I just can't fathom staying with someone when it costs you that much.

He won't ever change either, she essentially admitted as much.

I like Rob from it’s always sunny but sometimes it feels like he tries hard to be funny where as Ryan just has a knack for timing and witty comebacks. Both nice guys though.
That actually feels like his show tbf.

yeh, what the hell is she doing with an absolute no hoper like him? Must be a real dearth of men around Wrexham way.

I don't know the population of Wrexham but there's every possibility that's true.

Wrexham just went top of the league this season. So things looking good so far for promotion.

Anndd it's gone again. They seem to have an issue beating the sides around them which could come back to haunt them.

Wonder if they're still filming this season for a season 2?

I hope they are.

I hope they are.

Surely if they go up they'd do another season if nothing else. Apparently it's given the club a huge boost with sales at the club shop and social media followers etc.

Enjoying the series and almost fell out of my chair with the latest episode. I follow AFC Wimbledon and the new striker Ollie Palmer left us for Wrexham middle of last season. Unfortunately it pretty much directly lead to the Don's being relegated, just couldn't score without him (but that's football).

I remember at the time that he left for a club two tiers down and outside of the league on a big money offer but I'm surprised I didn't hear more about who owned the club. Not surprised that Palmer and Mullen will make a great combination.
