Like seriously, this team has been continously messed with by horrid late-game decisions that they've caused them to lose and even in one case miss finals. What happened?

There was still 1.44 to play when the Rankine non-decision happened. More than enough time for GC to respond if the Camries went ahead.

Not to mention it was a tight angle, hardly a guaranteed goal.

The umpiring cost them a shot at goal but it did not cost them the game.

Yep, old enough to recall that Fitzroy game in 1991, and also the non-payment of the Colbert mark in the 1997 1st semi.

Not to mention the Crows managed to lose their first final from 6th place in week 1 of the finals in 1998, yet survive due to the system where the two lowest place losers drop out. They beat St.Kilda, Dogs and then nrof in the GF to win the flag...also helped by the Kangas kicking 8.22 as well.

So whatever bad luck they've had in the last decade or so, they got some good luck early doors.
