Realizing their hopes of the Kiwis cricket team ever returning beige was next to none, they turned their focus on Aussie Rules.
New Zealand Beige Brigade main colour was obvious beige, but to please the traditionalist as well, the more official colours of black and silver was used along the beige jumper"
