Much more likely that a spitter comes from Gippsland than the suburb of Richmond. Apart from having sheep as pets, spitting is the only other thing they do there for amusement.

Anyone that goes to watch a footy game in Gippsland would see more sheep watching the game than humans, and the players need to spit often because they drool so much. Maybe they should spend more time playing footy than watching the crowd

And how would Eddie know if the person is from Queensland. I mean, really, where does Eddie himself come from????? Try a bit closer to home Eddie - you might even find they are really a Collingwood supporter or a Broadie Boy. Everyone knows that Eddie has it in for the Lions. Even Roger Merrett made comment of it in today's Gold Coast Bulletin saying how Eddie keeps bring up Alistair Lynch on the Footy Show and how only Eddie was the only one for thought that the Lions $260k fine was fair. I was an Oakleigh supporter (& I played for Oakleigh 5ths oxx ). You're mixing us up with Port Melbourne cairo. If you had teeth you were a sissy and they were happy to rectify that. Very classy outfit, they were.
