Yeh 2021 draft had Darcy as well who would have still gone for a packet of chips to the Dogs. But JHF/Daicos would go 1 and 2 in terms of players available to all clubs.

Elite is also very different to "good"
Not really.
For 2025 a team of u30 year olds, I would have more than half of them in the best squad.
B - Maynard, Dean, Quaynor
HB - Houston, Moore, McInnes
Foll - Cameron, N.Daicos, E.Allan
C - Lipinski, Perryman, J.Daicos
HF - Hill, McStay, McReery
F - Shultz, DeGoey, Harrison
So throw in the veterans and we have a deep squad of more than 30+ players who would comfortably have in the senior squad for 2025.
Let our kids develop whilst being exposed to superstars like Pendles and Sidey, a great situation.

Dress it up anyway you like, "Let's be honest, all of these types (Cox) are role players, and every side is littered with them apart from half a dozen or so elite types" is just a dumb comment
If that's the thinking at Carlton, then it's no wonder you've been awful for so long

AA level players all across the ground, plus another 10 senior players who can rotate in and improve the team.
The last time Carlton beat Collingwood by 50 was in 2012. Carlton with their signature Blueshake after being top 2 in April to miss finals and Pies with another top 4 finish.
So not worried at all.
