Going to sound like a nuff here (I am though) but I watch quite a few games on delay and traditionally once a goal is kicked if you skip 45 seconds then it's esentially the ball being thrown up. I've already noticed this year that if you skip a minute it's the ball being thrown up. So esentially it seems like they've added an extra 15 seconds of delay after each goal for no reason.
