I wouldn't bring injury lists up as an excuse at Fremantle. Remember Mark Harvey's situation? Fremantle's injury predicament in 2011 was so dire it struggled to find 22 fit players for the final-round loss to the Western Bulldogs. Harvey was then unceremoniously given the arse!
Lyon hasn't adapted to football 2016 style, but nobody has the guts to say so in the media!
Harvey was replaced because he was a shit coach.

Not David King, he was singing Lyon's praises last night. Nobody is kicking him when he's down all that much for a coach that is 0-7 and Hawthorn next up in Tasmania!
They have a nightmare run home, where they will most likely be playing 6 of the top 8 sides in the last 7 rounds!

Actually you are wrong, as usual. The gameplan adjustment is precisely in response to rules changes and higher speed transition football that is becoming the hallmark of 2016.
We are burning ourselves with being too slow to structure on the transition, poor skill execution centre back, and poor goal shooting.

Lyon has FAILED to adjust 2016 style, you have to live with that and until he does the Dockers will languish. Have a look at the Crows V Dogs game from last night and tell me honestly can Freo compete with that?
