We are definitely back in town, if you judge by the amount of other team's hate mail and venom that we are getting, Isn't it wonderful and how the wheel has turned. The old Carlton is back and won't we be loving it!
The journalists are now starting to talk about it. John Ralph's comment piece in today's HSUN " Trade week seems a sweet deal" and old prune face - Caroline Wilson's article http://www.real footy.com.au/news/news/carlton-looks-like-the-old-dark-navy-
says it all.
Isn't it beautiful. West Coast, Richmond and all the other clubs can go jump. We have worked the system beautifully and got what we wanted. The last trade of Hadlee tops it off. Basically we have got the No. 1 player in the League and we have kept the first round priority pick that we should have got last year until that clown Demitriou orchestrated the change in the system.
The momentum that started with Pratt replacing Smorgan is now fully underway and next year is the start of our cilmb back to our rightful place at the head of the tree.
As the old saying goes "winners are grinners and the rest can please themselves"
