The Miz and Damian Priest traded to Smackdown. Grayson Waller and Austin Theory traded to RAW.

Hope they give Jacob Fatu more mic time. Apollo Crews with the generic roll up win, yawn.

lol at Kevin Owens throwing away a fans pen. Jimmy Uso trying to use yeet to get over aint it, just looks like a cheap Jey Uso ripoff.

Complete utter waste of time. Would have been better off just watching highlights on twitter.
No storylines advanced, no titles changed hands was basically a glorified house show with way too many ads.

Should we read anything into HBK delivering a kick and growing some hair back?

If he were to retcon his "one last match" after the Saudi debacle, I'm 100% certain that Owens is one of the guys that the company and individuals would have absolute confidence in after Austin.

Incredibly, 15 years ago as ROH Commissioner, Jim Cornette hated Steen, thinking he was fat and unsafe. WWE considers him one of their safest workers.

Crowd chanting this is awesome at Jax vs Ripley but half the match felt like a commercial break.

lol at Kevin Owens' "Cody sucks eggs" shirt.

Sucks that Fatu/Strowman was a DQ finish. Would have liked a clean Fatu win.

That ishowspeed guy is so annoying.

Massive ad breaks in every match just took me out of this show. A bad one IMO.

I liked it, nice and quick with some good matches.

SNME is a glorified house show though?

Fatu is a superstar, love to see him get a crew together, blokes unreal.

This microphone set up might be the dumbest thing I've seen in wrestling in a while haha.

Like, I can understand a hanging microphone from the sign.... but 2?

Not saying SNME overall wasn't forgettable, but it's not a PLE. It's a vehicle to promote the company for free. Surprised expectations are still high for it.

Personally thought the way they put Jacob was awesome. Made him look ruthless. That being said, he's so over they don't give a shit he's a heel and the shit he's doing. They were chanting for more and then his name as he was leaving.

Just shows how good he is.

playing devil's advocate, you could make the argument that he failed as a heel if he's getting cheered. (but that's the old school in me, where good guys are cheered and bad guys are booed and there's no cross-over)

There's not enough fat guys in wrestling at the moment.

I love that era where being extremely overweight put you in championship contention.

Yokozuna was fat and they pushed him so hard he beat Bret "Hitman" Hart for the WWE Championship at the main event Wrestlemania, he dropped the belt to Hulk Hogan afterwards but that was a weak victory Yoko had already wrestled a match against one of the best wrestlers of the era.

King Kong Bundy, Viscera, Tugboat, Vader, that Stormtrooper/Shark guy, love seeing a fat dude wobble around in the ring.

Edit: especially with all the female wrestlers at the moment, so much potential for mad story lines wasted because there's no fat dudes wrestling.

to be fair to Nia, she cops a lot of online grief about her weight (and that's without WWE ring announcers referring to weights in their introductions), so it's an area to tread carefully on. also if you have several on your roster, they stand out less compared to having 1 or 2.

probably best not to go down the path of the "Piggy James" storyline again.
