Fixed it up a bit, still couldn't get Cloke in but Leon is in. I'm disappointed I couldn't fit Adkins into the side. I'm trying Fraser in the forward line because he was a true forward before turning ruckman.

If its a fit side, thats Perfect Nick!! The way I would have it.

Clokey would have to be in the side no matter this year. He is one of our highest possession getters and is the hardest at the ball!!. We need the guts that he shows in the side.

Only doubtfuls would be Steiner/Mckee and McGough.
Have my doubts with McGough, had a brilliant first few games but wondering if he can keep his form. Steiner and Mckee generally drop off, hopefully they both take the next step and have a consistent year. Molloy's a bit under-done at the moment but hopefully fine's his form soon.

Based on his recent form, I would trade countries and put Scoots in ahead of Clogs. I would always have Scoots in ahead of Freeborn!

Quite a few guys there out of form, which is good, because there is some improvement left (Richo ill of course).

Steg, I spoke to a Leongatha mate of mine and he reckons Spud Adkins' head is bigger than his ability. This comes across in his play (ie. always going for the hero). He can play, but as it stands he will be traded at year end or delisted. I hope he picks it up and plays more direct footy! Has Richard Cole (awesome) to compete with, so he'll need to!!!

The back six is pretty much set-they aren't great but they are playing well. The midfield is not settled but shows a mixture of promise and class. The forward line is a damaging mix of strength and skill. Our ruck is patched together but functioning.

Our depth ain't great-on the fringe of this lot is Adkins, Cummings, Freeborn, Shaw and Cole. If we have more than one of them in then the team gets a stretched look. I hate to say it, but we're only a couple of injuries away from a crap season.

BTW I think everyone underates our depth.
We might not be the deepest side but we have one of the deepest forward lines.
Where other sides struggle when having around 2 key tall forwards out, and then they struggle with height. We don't. Unless we have 3 of these players out at the same time....we will only then begin to struggle for height down forward we have. Tarrant, Rocca, Molloy, Fraser, Cummings, who can all play full forward.
Our midfield might not have much depth but our backline still has richo to return. And with Cloke starring, we have 4 possible key tall backmen, not to mention the versatile Clement.
