The prices of Four’N Twenty Pies and hot chips will remain at $4.50 each, 600ml soft drinks will stay at $5.50, burgers will remain at $12.50, and hotdogs will be locked at $6. This move is a part of the AFL’s commitment to keeping football prices affordable and accessible for fans of all ages.

AFL Executive General Manager Customer and Commercial, Kylie Rogers, said in a statement, “Increasing costs are a real challenge that is affecting everyone. We are so pleased to be able to offer fans a price freeze on the footy favourites – pies, hot chips, hotdogs, soft drinks and burgers at Marvel Stadium.”

Ms. Rogers added, “We want to remove as many barriers as possible for fans and families. Fans are already able to bring in their own food and refill at water stations located around the venue, which helps keep the day more affordable. We are listening to fans and understand the challenges every household is under and hopefully today’s announcement, paired with the recent price freeze on tickets to games, will help ease the pressure.”

The AFL has worked closely with its catering partner Delaware North to absorb the costs of goods on behalf of footy fans for the 2023 season. So, you can be assured that you’ll be able to enjoy your game day favourites without having to worry about higher costs.
