Then a bunch of others in the BE-50ish barcket.

Is it really worth chasing BE-50ish players?

Is it my memory, do we usually have quite a few more above that most other years?

if you see them averaging 75/80+, then i would say yes. a 99k rookie avg 50 is only good for the bench. a premo rookie avg 75 is good for the field. both make the same money (in my made up scenario).

i know which one id rather have.

-70 is around the mark for must have rookies in previous years. they come here and there throughout the season, but now is the time to grab as many as you can.

Cheaper rookies will top out way quicker then ashcroft. all it takes is one sub or poor game and it halts his cash gen quick smart.

if i was to bring lash in, its to have him until the end. the last rookie id upgrade. would sit at m8 until the rest of the field is sorted.

i dont think clohesy has good js but the scoring power is there. if he somehow manages to keep his spot should make coin quite easily.

COS has major job security issues but is probably the best defende rookie aside from bice if he can stay in the side.

Don't agree at all. Fitness permitting COS will play a lot of footy this year. SDK (ruck), Tuohy (ret) and Duncan (VFL) have all exited the backline. He's getting blooded this year.

Sub watch on Lash this week. Sapping conditions last week + Lohmann and Cameron likely back in. McKenna still likely sub, but can an eye/ear out.

As a North supporter, I'm absolutely loving what FOS has done in his two games. On that basis his JS is very high, but since his contributions haven't translated to SC scores, it's probably best to trade him out and grab a cheap negative BE rookie that you haven't got.

I couldn't work out why he didn't score better on the weekend. He seemed to be playing well and involved, but scores went nowhere.

Yep for sure.

Big positive for MReid is that he has the Eagles this weekend, then the Tigers in round 5. Another couple of big scores and he'll make a huge chunk of money quickly.

I don’t see any way he gets dropped for any of them imo

Banfield, Erasmus, Frederick, Wagner will be dropped before him and Walters imo is more of a sub impact type player at this stage of his career

Voss to get dumped when Darcy is back too

Reid is a beautiful user, 2 direct goal assists on the weekend and should only get better
