Whenever you get a chance to mark out the MCC part of the Northern Stand that'd be fantastic. It's just that it's halting me from doing some of the work on that stand (I've still got the top tier to go on the other side of that stand but can have that done today).
But no we're not turning our backs. The exception to the rule is only if the captain had no knowledge and it could not be reasonably expected for them to know.
In this case EBIAC it is reasonable to expect for you to know that he was still on the red.
No the rule states that if the captain names the player on a red in the side for the first week they get away with it. Every week after that they lose 4 points. The first week was the one you dropped him. Every subsequent week is -4 points.
You knew he had a red and before bringing him back in you didnt think to check? Come on EBIAC thats just foolish.
Appeal all you like but for me its cut and dry. He had a red, you knew it and dropped him. You then brought him in a week later with him still on a red. You should've checked if he was back and you didn't.
When you dropped Cats2Rise it was because he had a red. You then brought him back in even though he is still on a red. I'm double checking with Fred over his ban but I'm fairly certain I'm going to need to apply the rules to you for playing a carded player. Sorry mate.
