    Harsh man.You'll have to loiter in the SRP boards for a couple of weeks :)Although to be honest,the music board is fubar'd at the moment anyway.I think everyone is scared to do anything now.It's mostly generic JJJ/oasismusehead threads and posts,which must be the way Merv wants it i guess.I'm going to do a doom thread soon,i'll wait till you can post again,that thread won't have much interest apart from us and a couple others.Still,i soldier on :D

    I dunno,smasha got red carded too.Not sure about others.So..can you even view the music board and just not post?or are you cut off completely?

    Probably no point anyway.They bend and stretch the rules as and when they want.All you can do is go with the flow.I've managed to get through this nasty little period on the music board without being warned or carded,probably because i don't use any direct abuse at all.Have had posts deleted though.

    If you think you're getting bent over,you can fire off an email to admin,who i think don't actually moderate the site,they probably own it or run the servers or something.I can't remember the email - it's in the rules section.There is no point saying anything to the mods on this site,it will get you nowhere.If they backpedal for one,everyone will be on them like a cheap suit whenever people get carded.Admin is the way to go.

    I didn't know you couldn't make threads when on a yellow.I've only had 1 or 2,and that was when i didn't post much,only on the weekends,so i didn't even notice i was on a card,really.

    Yeah i dunno man.I haven't seen the specific thread or posts that you were banned for,so it's hard to say.If you were still on a yellow at the time,then you're on thin ice anyway,you know?It is my belief that if you contribute seriously to the forum,then you get a bit of a break from the mod.That's why i make contributions like the dark ambient,immortal/black metal thread,shit like that.Gotta keep the board ticking over with plenty of good discussion and music,then any small time shit talking gets lost in the fray,know what i mean?

    Bummer.I know smasha copped a red card for the immortal thread so you're not alone,but yeah they did say they were gonna toughen up on the music board.The key is not to abuse anyone,you have to be subtle when you take the piss :)

    The guy just called someone else a dick too,he is a protected species i think.I said as much in the thread.

    Fates Warning - 1st album (brocken) was maiden worship,but their 2nd and 3rd (The Spectre Within,Awaken The Guardian) are prog metal classics.After that,John Arch the vocalist left,and they got a new vocalist,and they changed somewhat,but still great.
