How can we still be using the same ground defence tactics, how have we not realised what we’re doing is not ****ing working. It’s honestly the worst I’ve seen at the level.

I think he’s been carrying an injury, TOG has been well down in the past month. Only 73% so far today, the least of anyone in our side

and cordy is a disaster, for a long time it has been obvious he is not up to it, and then for him to be smirking when his opponent kicks his 3rd goal, is very annoying.

You can’t create workable systems if you keep shifting blokes around all the time. Even if we somehow scrape a win, I’m done until the the entire football department is overhauled. We can’t afford another season like this and I have zero faith that we can improve under the current coaching panel.

That’s the issue with this coach atm every man and his dog knows treloar is an attacking midfielder with little to no defensive effort/ability and we play him in the backline

Im not sure extending the outside 5 to across the entire field and each players direct opponents is a winning move.

Except for the last 90 seconds there is decided lack of intensity to our game play.

Its allowing Free to just pick their way through our lax midfield and straight through our defence.

Its not over, but if they came out and look to continue with the hand ball happy garbage of the first half. It soon will be.

Our players don't know what to do. They are completely confused. Whatever game plan we have out there, they are too timid and lacking the skills to implement it. Another disappointing day at the office thus far.

I can’t watch the game unfortunately, but from listening to the radio it sounds like our usual defensive strategy is causing the same problems it always does.

No one taking accountability for their man, no pressure, easy marks inside their fwd 50…… I’ve said this before but whichever coach is responsible for our defence and defensive strategies all over the ground needs to be fired at the end of the season. Compare the way we play to the best teams like those that played on Friday night, and it’s chalk and cheese. We are getting killed by poor coaching.

It’s a damn shame. But hopefully we see change at the end of the year.

The problem for us is our board member who looks after footy issues is Luke Darcy who is an avowed one eyed Bevo fanboy and this isn’t healthy for our club at the moment.
