Anyone got any issue with a player “vaping”?
Just asking, no judgement
Not from an optics point of view, but it’s not great from a preparation standpoint, much like Sier smoking darts.

Popcorn lung was as a result of one particular product that was dodgy, he's much better off vaping than smoking darts, especially if he makes his own vape
Even the new chemical mix is causing various short and long term lung issues, popcorn lung is just the most famous of them. It is not as safe as first reported and the intent of it was to ween people off smokes and then off vaping. It was not originally meant to be a long term replacement fix all.

Ah well, never to be elite in outer competition then.
For a player that should have ambitions of moving up the field he doesn’t understand that you don’t build a tank off the back of smoking/vaping.

This world has gone so soft. It's unreal the shit that people will complain about. I'm in a ****ing psych ward at the moment and yet I swear everyone here is saner than most the people sooking over everything.
Bit different imo.
Beer on off season on holiday isn't really affecting anything.
Where as Vaping and Ciggies does effect lung health so given his profession it potentially could be an issue.
But its his life so end of the day it's his choice, just hope he keeps improving and doesn't rest on his laurels as he is great value to watch.

I haven't noticed much --or any?-- outrage about Ginni's fab outfit. Maybe I'm no longer plugged in to that sort of thing.

It was a prop in a costume. No one actually knows if he was smoking, but putting on my photo ferensics hat - in photos in different locations - the ciggie looks the same length.

I was having a conversation with some kids who barrack for Adelaide the other day. The younguns love him. Those who hate him are going to have some shit years ahead as he represents a lot of highly respected values in the generation coming through.

Guessing the Adelaide supporters were part of that very special cohort of boy geniuses(genii to be pretentious) who just helped establish Naplan's new literacy standards at record lows?
Reminds me of one of my school mates a bit of a ratbag when it comes to following conventions but never flinched in the clinches.

Naplan shmaplan. Let's shift our curriculum away from entirely focussing on knowledge and skills towards incorporating thinking skills, communication, collaboration etc - the life skills that matter - and then only test them on knowledge and skills and be aghast when knowledgeable and skills have taken a hit. And whilst we're at it, let's keep everyone in education for as long as possible and be shocked when those who would have previously left or been exitted result in lowered averages.
But the only standards the kids in question aren't lowering are the footy team's game day standards
