Naplan shmaplan. Let's shift our curriculum away from entirely focussing on knowledge and skills towards incorporating thinking skills, communication, collaboration etc - the life skills that matter - and then only test them on knowledge and skills and be aghast when knowledgeable and skills have taken a hit. And whilst we're at it, let's keep everyone in education for as long as possible and be shocked when those who would have previously left or been exitted result in lowered averages.

But the only standards the kids in question aren't lowering are the footy team's game day standards
