He looks somewhere in between Steve Harris (Iron Maiden) and Steve Vai so I'm officially calling him 'Steve' from now on.
What's the plan for the move to Melbourne?
"I wouldn't mind staying with a player, that would be a pretty cool experience. I know some players stay with Jack Crisp and that would be pretty cool but I don't want to get in his way. I'll probably live with a host family so they can help me with cooking, I think I'll be coming home pretty tired after training."
What are you most looking forward to about playing for Collingwood?
"The fans. Hopefully I'm lucky enough to play in front of 100,000 at the 'G. I've heard the culture is really good here too so I'm really excited to meet all the boys."

Good on him I believe in them as well. See them often in the night sky. Unless intelligently controlled things move in a straight line.Ryan believes in UFOs. OK.
Good on him for caring less about even admitting that. If he brings that level of bravery to his game, I’ll start to like him and pretend his hair doesn’t exist.

Crikey has some growing up to do!
Imagine him and Nicholas. It would be an infinite loop from a kick out down to the goal square for the easiest of end to end goals anyone in the history of the game has seen.Looks to have a massive work rate. I love how he gives it and takes off to get involved again.
Can see this guy becoming a heartthrob to the ladies ala Bailey Smith. Hopefully he doesn’t go down the path of the nose beers whilst out and enjoying himself though.Man that hair! Welcome aboard mate.
Awesome work again Dave with the draft work
Rinse and repeat. Rest the other 20. GeniusImagine him and Nicholas. It would be an infinite loop from a kick out down to the goal square for the easiest of end to end goals anyone in the history of the game has seen.

Or sometimes not at all..I also enjoyed this answer from Richards:
What's the plan for the move to Melbourne?
"I'd like to find some place hopefully anywhere in the Richmond area, that would be nice. In the new year I'll bring my dog Paddy and my partner Maddi will come down as well."
Doggie comes before the girlfriend!
That would be my priority too.I also enjoyed this answer from Richards:

Not sure if doggie and girlfriend should be used in the same sentenceI also enjoyed this answer from Richards:

How do you watch him train from Japan?Reckon this kid is an absolute beauty. Great personality, and watching him at training, has every chance to feature quite early. Well Developed across his shoulders and legs, good height, and has already proven he is a good runner and kick. Hands seemed good in drills also, and pretty impressive how quickly he slotted in.
May seem like a flippant comment, given it’s training, but in drills that cover half of the ground, you can quickly see who is up to the speed of the game / execution requirements, and who is struggling. He wasn’t.
Can’t wait to see some match simulation involving these kids - Richards included - to see how well attributes like the above correlate to the slightly more real stuff.
Floreat pica
Back in Melb now… updated ;How do you watch him train from Japan?
On the pies website Hine did an interview after tonight's draft and he said they had a bunch of calls from other clubs wanting the pick. Safe to say other clubs rated him

Not so sure Cowan and Ryan would’ve been an issue, if Cowan is a gun. crisp has already moved to midfield, Daicos will now, Maynard should spend more time there imo… is a contested beast. Hoping Carlton’s pick 2 next year is pretty good, as Cowan looks a gunCowan >>> Ryan.
And having both would have not been an issue. Both have upside as utilities.
But I wouldn’t listen to too much of what Hines said. He’s just protecting his own selections.
