We need a Howe replacement and we also don’t want Daicos or ideally Maynard playing down back anymore.

This video was posted on the AFL website two months ago and the some of the full champs games were there as well. Had no idea why you were banging on about him being some safe, stagnant defensive player, he's not that at all. He's a run and carry player within attacking mindset, we wouldn't have got him otherwise I suspect.
The future of the game (and present) is fast ball movement. Intercept across half-back, play on quickly and run through defences. Jakob fits the future very well and I see why we selected him. The Collingwood of the future is going to be an unstoppable brutal running powerhouse. Welcome Jakob!

Fast break city.
Getting more and more excited about Jakob. Definitely seemed like the best available talent at that pick and seems to have all the key attributes to make it. Much happier picking him at pick 28 than if we reached for him at pick 19.
