Howe. I can't remember Clarko ever playing anyone that couldn't spread.Who gets more midfield minutes under Clarko’s watch? Howe or Greenwood?
Neither should get afl minsWho gets more midfield minutes under Clarko’s watch? Howe or Greenwood?
Doesn't need to be a "model", he just needs to apply some self control. Which we know is a challenge for himWe can’t all be models like yourself.
Some revisionism there me thinks.Indeed, and when Gaff said no, we traded out for whoever most looked the part, and Jared Polec was his name. It didn't end well
Some revisionism there me thinks.
Gaff was a RFA, we already had a useless pick 11 and Preuss was already going. Our intention was to get both Gaff and Polec on opposite wings for a team playing under a dome. Polec had already committed to North when the Gaff deal fell through.
So, in off season for a team desperate in need of outside run and age bracket gap in the list, was to acquire in one off season:
Gaff
Polec
Hall
Pittard
Tyson
Thomas
Taylor
Scott
And this for a bags of coin and due to how Thomas was rated in the draft, a useless pick. We were already a basket case and this was the "fix".
With a few worthy exceptions, it was never a premiership list to be fair but he must take full responsibility for us never seriously threatening.
Don't know why this gets trotted out.
Drew Petrie
Jarrad Waite
Scott Thompson
Todd Goldstein
Nick Dal Santo
Ben Cunnington
Ben Brown
Brent Harvey
Daniel Wells
David Hale (he chose to trade him)
Hamish McIntosh
Andrew Swallow
Lindsay Thomas
Lachie Hansen
Nathan Grima
Levi Greenwood
Robbie Tarrant
Leigh Adams
Jack Ziebell
Sam Wright
Michael Firrito
I'm sick of this perception that Brad Scott achieved preliminary finals in spite of his list.
Plenty of talent in that 2010-15 group for mine. Laidley left Scott a very decent handover list.
Nothing like the dog turd Noble copped via Scott and Shaw.
Next year will be the 40th anniversary of our last win which must be the longest drought in the AFL.LDU isn't winning the Brownlow. My goodness, the degenerate gamblers on this site....
I know Ross would love to hand the mantle to another North player. How nice would that be if it was to happen in 2023 given as you said it is 40 years since he won it. Unlikely yes. Would I love it to happen, absolutely.Next year will be the 40th anniversary of our last win which must be the longest drought in the AFL.
I doubt it’s changing any time soon.
We'd need to win at least eight games and then hope he is noticed and then hope he can get about 30 votes. Reckon 150-1 is about right.LDU isn't winning the Brownlow. My goodness, the degenerate gamblers on this site....
Look on the bright side, imagine what he'll do with the mega talented list at Essendons..It's a lazy media narrative that gets regurgitated each time Brad Scott's name is mentioned and it's flat out incorrect. Our best was easily good enough, we were just horrific at arresting momentum in games.
Same. If I get burnt in Darwin it's more often than not wind. This may come as a surprise but I burn more in Melbourne than I do in Darwin.
Have we won a flag yet?Just imagine the *ing vibe around the joint rn
