Aside from Nic, I think the players are looking in pretty shape
To be fair, Ryan's rat's tail is pretty terrible.

Duggan looked like a decent player with long hair, while he was in the midfield. In the practice matches at least. Then he cut his hair and became like Sampson after a haircut.

It's more genetics than just throwing around weights and making protein shakes, unfortunately for Gov.
How awesome is Jai Culley though.
Big-bodied midfielders Jai Culley and Greg Clark somehow looked in even better condition than pre-Christmas, despite being among the standout performers during West Coast’s short training block to end 2022.
I feel he just epitomizes what i want our young players to be.
Bull. Hard working. Seems to be trying to get the absolute best out of himself. One of the few that's actually added some visible KG's to his frame and looks to be taking his role as a #reddenreplacement seriously. A "dont faark about" type of operator.
First time i've noticed Darlings thin hair before, i think it's just a bad photo and not anything genuine.
Was hoping Winder got sacked, instead we're backing him in... again. Bit weak to me but it's not like the club hasn't dealt with off field indescretions before so all you can do is hope they know something we don't and his assault charge is dismissed. If it's upheld the club should fold out of incompetence.

The club would've known the details around Winders indiscretion long before the cops arrived at an outcome of charging him. It's not like he's been charged with GBH. And he may still be found not guilty.

I was excited by the tackling until they described the David and Goliath battle of sheed vs nic Nat. Sheed can't tackle for shit, so if that was a standout then we're in for a long year.
