I started swimming every day this summer to strengthen my shoulder. Turns out swimming isn't that great for shoulders, it is now worse than it was before continually popping out of the joint. Next step surgeon I guess.

Overhead press with a barbell.

If that's too heavy start with dumbells.

Thank me later.

I am six months still from overhead lifting after surgury

Yeah surgery is best avoided if possible.

Shoulders suck. Evolution hasn't provided for them to keep working particularly well once you are older than your mid 20's. Nature's little reminder to hurry up and die.

Late change for this afternoon.

Bailey Williams is OUT, due to hamstring tightness.

Harry Edwards is IN.

Say what you will about dopey Bailey, I at least find him exciting to watch.

Occasionally he'll do something freaky with his athleticism that makes you think he'll develop into a decent ruckman and player.

Disappointed he's out.
As exciting as watching a car out of control hitting everything in sight and the somehow avoiding a pedestrian before hitting the next thing it comes across?
